COVID-19 Coronavirus
Dear Valued Clients,
Amid ongoing concerns about the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Allegiant Management Group is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our clients, tenants and vendors do the same. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC. We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees, clients, tenants and vendors.
AMG staff has the ability to work remotely from home if necessary, we have the tools and technology in place to do this without interruption of services.
AMG staff will be available via telephone, video chat or email. Unfortunately, AMG staff will not be taking in-person meetings at the office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
AMG staff will not be inspecting the interiors of occupied rental units for the next 30 days. We will re-evaluate this as more information is released to the public.
AMG will not require vacating residents to show their rental unit to prospects prior to them moving out. AMG utilizes self-showing electronic lock boxes for vacant properties allowing prospects to view the property at their convenience.
AMG staff will stay consistent with rental collections to the best of our abilities.
AMG staff may delay non-essential property repairs until a later date as to limit interactions with residents and vendors.
COVID-19 Coronavirus Updates
Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis has issued an Executive Order directing the Florida Department of Health to issue a Public Health Emergency.
Incoming travel to the USA has been suspended from abroad.
Florida Department of Education has announced all public schools will be closed until 03/30/2020 (subject to change).
Walt Disney World has closed until 03/31/2020.
Universal Orlando has closed until 03/31/2020.
NBA Suspended ALL Games and NBA Events.
MLB Cancelled Spring Training.
Many major events have been canceled throughout Central Florida.
