ALLEGIANT MANAGEMENT GROUP
COVID-19 Coronavirus

Dear Valued Residents,

Amid ongoing concerns about the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Allegiant Management Group is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our clients tenants and vendors do the same. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC. We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees, clients, tenants and vendors.

AMG Employees have the ability to work remotely from home if necessary, we have the tools and technology in place to do this without interruption of services.
AMG  will not be taking in-person meetings at the office. AMG staff will be available via telephone or email. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are suspending occupied property interior inspections. If you have a renewal inspection or periodic inspection scheduled with your property manager, we are not going to be completing those for the next 30 days. We will re-evaluate as things progress.
We will offer lock box move-ins and move-outs.
We will not require vacating residents to show their rental unit to new tenants prior to your move-out.
AMG is requesting that all of our residents pay their rent online or pay via CashPay at 7-11. We are restricting access to the office.
If you have a non-essential repair request, we may request a postponement of that repair. If there is a critical repair to take place, we will address these on a case by case basis.
We are requesting our vendors wash their hands before and after each property they visit as well as use hand sanitizer as often as needed.
