Terms:
The application fee is required at the time of submission and is non-refundable if the applicant is denied or chooses not to take possession of the property.
Applicants who are approved, meet all lease requirements, and take possession of the property may qualify for the following promotional considerations:
- Application Fee Credit:
Upon approval and move-in, the application fee may be credited back to the tenant(s) in an amount not to exceed $85 per applicant/tenant. - Rental Concession:
Applicants approved on or before December 31, 2025, who take possession of the property may receive a concession equal to ½ (one-half) month off the first month’s rent.
All credits, concessions, and incentives are non-refundable, have no cash value, and will not be issued if the applicant fails to take possession of the property. If the resident does not fulfill the full lease term, any promotional credits or concessions may be charged back and become due.
Promotions are not transferable, substitutable, or combinable with other offers unless authorized in writing by management.
