By 2006, Maria Napolitano had sensed that the real estate market was changing. So, having held a real estate license for several years, she decided to shift her focus to property management. Six years later, in February 2012, she co-founded Allegiant Management Group, allowing her to put her skills and experience to better use. Since then, her business has grown to become one of the top property management firms in the Orlando area, with expertise throughout Central Florida and especially in the Kissimmee rental market. Maria is very active in her community and is the mother of four terrific young men.

As Director of Business Development, Alex Zweydoff has a wide range of responsibilities at Allegiant Management Group, including sales, marketing, community outreach, and brand recognition. A Central Florida native, he has worked in property management and real estate since 2012, joining Allegiant Management Group in 2017. During that time, he has helped thousands of tenants find their next rental home while managing numerous rental properties. Alex is very active in leadership with Osceola County Association of Realtors® and Florida Realtors. Alex has a passion for advoacy and has been advocating for our clients and private property rights in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C. Additionally, Alex was the 2021 Orlando/Central Florida Chapter President for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his friends and family, including his husband, Daniel, and is very active in his community.

Since starting in property management and real estate in 1999, Ricardo Figueroa has built a large portfolio of properties on referrals from existing renters and repeat customers. He joined Allegiant Management Group in 2013, working with a wide range of property types. Ricardo also has extensive experience helping owners with rehabbing properties and successfully getting them rented to qualified tenants. Prior to joining AMG, Ricardo’s background includes real estate sales, which helps him provide the highest level of service and advice to his clients.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Elizabeth Santiago has been a real estate sales professional since 2005, when she started her career in new construction. She is known for providing excellent service to her clients due to her outstanding communication and negotiating skills. Originally from Illinois, Elizabeth moved to Florida in 1999 and joined Allegiant Management Group in 2012.

Waleska is originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and relocated to Central Florida in 1998, she currently calls Osceola County home with her family.
